Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is due at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including your shipping address and any personalization details.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary by product and are listed on the applicable product page. Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many Just A Dope Girl Shop products are made to order, personalized, or produced in small batches, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Cancellations
Orders may enter production quickly. Once production has started, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Product Appearance
We do our best to represent products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and normal production differences.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, artwork, product concepts, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, and other creative materials on this website are the property of Just A Dope Girl Shop unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, resell, distribute, or commercially use our designs or content.
Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, wording, and other information submitted for personalized products. We are not responsible for errors contained in information provided by the customer.

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. Because many of our products are made to order, personalized, or produced in small batches, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or errors in personalization details submitted by the customer.
Slight variations in colour, placement, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and the handmade or made-to-order nature of some products. These normal variations are not considered defects.

When will my order ship?
Estimated shipping timelines are below. Please note that shipping delays are possible, so keep this in mind when placing your order.
Ready to ship pieces leave our Toronto studio within 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders require 5 to 10 business days.
After your order ships, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery. Remote areas may require a few additional days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes, most items can be customized. Contact us for something completely custom!
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States. Enjoy free shipping on Canadian orders over CA$75 and U.S. orders over US$50.
Can I send an item directly as a gift?
Absolutely. Add your message at checkout and we will package it without pricing.
